Melissa Traynor is a fighter, and in more ways than one... She may stem from a dark place but has chosen the lightened path and it has only made her love deeper, fight harder and thrive to help others. I transformed her life and her health from the road she was going down on her own by learning from different cultures the things they had to offer and finding ways to apply them to myself and others. She has spent the last ten years learning as much as she can and continue to do so, she loves to learn! Melissa is a physique athlete, trainer/coach and loves to write. Music is her life and has gotten her through so much, both good and bad. She has a strong passion for anything that makes her move, from working out/fitness, to dancing, to the martial arts and love to help empower people, however they may need it. There are many sides to Melissa but the one consistent thing is that she is totally real and full of passion in all that she does. Her only mission in life is to continue to strive to be a better Melissa, so she can help others be better versions of themselves and to truly LIVE life and have fun doing it.
