Heather MonDee is an accomplished mixed martial artist with
over twenty years of representing systems such as the Lee-Inosanto
Jun Fan JKD methods, Lacoste-Inosanto Kali Silat, Western
Boxing, Muay Thai Boxing, Sayoc Blade, and Tae Kwon Do;
properly stated includes all ranges and all weaponry. She is
one of only a handful of women in the world certified as an
instructor under the legendary Dan Inosanto.
Her experience as a law enforcement officer has lead her to
become a Certified Pistol Instructor and Community Speaker
for crime prevention programs. She is a graduate of the
National Victims Assistance Academy with the Department of
Justice and an experienced educator against sexual assault
and victims advocate of assault and violence.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and
Personal Protection Specialist, Heather has dedicated her
life to the art of combining health, fitness and protection
of the whole individual: spirit, soul, body.
